Refund Policy

Cancellation:

 

• For a full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the reservation.

• Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the reservation or if the driver is already en route.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

Late fee policy: A $50 charge will be applied after three days past the due date, with an additional $5 per day thereafter.
